Using misleading promotions on the website to make a customer spend more money and not receive promised goods is disgusting. No policies of promotions available and no option of getting help to explain and fix the situation even if the order has not left the warehouse. Spent more money than planned, not received what I was promised, and the situation has not been addressed in any way. Do not recommend.

The canvas is great I was very happy with how well the detail came out . Sadly I paid extra for a frame which when put together is square and small - my canvas is rectangle and large (considering that I just clicked a box to add frame to my canvas order this is disappointingly a packing fault ) also , the frame was very flimsy and cheap and definitely not worth it . While happy with the canvas I found the process of ordering and shipping very much lacked communication, I had no notification of my order for 24 hours and only 2 shipping updates . The shipping took a really long time and when it arrived the box was very battered and dented which was a shame as it was a gift . However the recipient was very pleased with the canvas and I think it will look great once finished . I’ll pick up a cheap frame from Kmart to finish it off .

The paint version of my pictures was awesome. My image contained Africans and the colour options didn't make them look unrealistically dark and matched close to complexion thus I am very happy with my purchase, the only tedious thing is to finish the painting.

It was a lot harder than I expected but I’ve no doubt the end result will be worth it. However I’d recommend for someone with artistic abilities, as I’m not great with the tiny parts.

I thought I would try something different and do a trio. The painting was easy...making them match up needed a little tweaking. Not my favourite, but the results were ok.

Love doing colour by numbers… I find it so relaxing,I l especially love the custom prints…I love this photo of my granddaughter and love how the paint art painting is coming together! I think she will love it too! This is my third paint art and will not be my last!

I had such an amazing experience painting this art for my parents, I love how it allows met to be creative yet I already have a guide to not stuff up the painting. I would highly recommend taking on this project after having a few easier paint by numbers to have gotten the hang of it, and to start with the background as it makes it a lot easier! The colour matching was quite accurate and I loved how the skin used 4/5 different colours to make it vibrant. The customer service was also impeccable, with replies to my emails done in the next hour with friendly staff, and I was honestly surprised by both the quality of paint and canvas. Be prepared for the painting to take longer than expected if you are a perfectionist like me, but it is honestly the perfect service and I could not ask for a better service. Thank you again for your help and the joy you have provided me and my family with this painting!

Wife and son loved this Christmas project. We are all really happy with the end result and our picture will definitely end up framed up on our wall!

Sent in a photo of our cat as a gift for mum. The delivery took around two weeks, which is understandable because it is custom and there are so many shipping delays. Mum loved it, took her two days. It looks fantastic!!

This was a sentimental Christmas gift for my mum, a custom design of her favorite Argentine singer Mercedes Sosa. It’s huge (see pen for size reference) and took me nearly 2 months of nights working on it but I love it. The writing you can see are lyrics to her fave songs that I wrote on after finishing it. The paint and canvas quality is amazing. Definitely recommend

Just got started but it looks like a winner....

I was apprehensive about painting a person but it turned out fantastic. The only issue was the colouring. AFL Bulldogs are navy, however, the paints sent were purple.

Very relaxing to switch off and paint by numbers.the picture appears before your eyes!

Received in good time, excellently packed, everything necessary supplied well and the canvas was ROLLED, not folded ... so no creases!! Very impressed!!

Sorry - I can’t post a photo as it is a Christmas gift but I can tell you - it looks amazing! I chose to use a family photo fir my artwork and it’s the only Paint by Numbers I’ll do moving forward. Very special.

This has been my most difficult project so far, however, the kit came with better quality paint brushes than other companies. The numbering is very fine, but clear enough for me to see. I'm very happy with this painting, which was from a photo.
